You can talk to the Samaritans any time you like, in your own way, and off the record - about whatever is getting to you. You don't have to be suicidal.

There are many types of mental health issues, including;
If you are struggling with your mental health, you can find support through your doctor, they will be able to explain the treatments available and support your wellbeing. Find GP services on the NHS website to find your local doctor. You can also find mental health services for young people on the NHS website and mental health helplines on the NHS website.
If you are about to leave the Armed Forces, have just left, or left years ago the Op Courage website offers expert mental health and wellbeing support. As well as being able to contact them directly, GPs, charities and friends and family of those who need support can also contact them.
